Recent Highlights as a Writer & Filmmaker

In 2025, I directed a proof of concept for a feature film called THE BIRTHDAY GIFT. Production wrapped in Chicago in June 2025 and the film is in post production.
In 2024, I was awarded the Stowe Launch Advanced Development Fellowship for my screenplay THE BASTARD CHILDREN OF JAVIER ORTIZ. The project was also selected for THE LATINE LIST on the The Blacklist, as one of the top yet-to-be-produced screenplays by LAaine talent.
My feature thriller screenplay MAMA, DON'T was one of six screenplays selected for the 2022-23 cohort of THE WRITERS LAB, funded by Meryl Streep and Nicole Kidman to develop screenplays by female and non-binary writers.
